Claudio Sinatti cura la regia del suo primo videoclip per la band Casino Royale, selezionato come miglior video italiano al PIM. Da allora ha diretto numerosi videoclip per artisti come 99 Posse, Neffa, Carmen Consoli, Articolo 31, Alex Britti, Alexia, Eiffel 65, Sarah Jane Morris, Africa Unite... Nel 1999 fonda assieme al dj-producer Painè il collettivo di sperimentazione audiovisiva Sun Wu-Kung e inizia la collaborazione con il musicista Sergio Messina con il quale crea la band audio-video Crop. Nel 2002 apre il progetto mixmediale Grain con il musicista Jonas Coshto e nel 2004 inizia il progetto Pirandélo con Andrea Gabriele (Mou, Lips!) e Marita Cosma. Attualmente focalizza il suo lavoro su performance mixmediali, installazioni e film sperimentali.con un interesse costante all’interazione con la musica espresso da numerose collaborazioni (Ulrich Troyer, Tu M', Mou Lips!, Christian Fennesz, Retina.it, Kyò.…).
Claudio Sinatti did the directing of his first videoclip for the band Casino Royale, chosen as best Italian video at PIM. Since then he has directed numerous videoclips for artists such as 99 Posse, Neffa, Carmen Consoli, Articolo 31, Alex Britti, Alexia, Eiffel 65, Sarah Jane Morris, Africa Unite... In 1999 together with dj-producer Painè he founded the audiovisual experimentation collective Sun Wu-Kung and initiated a collaboration with musician Sergio Messina, with whom he created the audio-video band Crop. In 2002 he opened the mixmedia project Grain with musician Jonas Coshto and in 2004 started the project Pirandélo with Andrea Gabriele (Mou, Lips!) and Marita Cosma. Currently he focuses his work on mixmedia performance, installations and experimental film, with a constant interest on interactions with the music of numerous collaborations (Ulrich Troyer, Tu M', Mou Lips!, Christian Fennesz, Retina.it, Kyò.…).
