iFeel3 è la nuova creazione di Marco Berrettini. Si ispira al libro Atlas shrugged della narratrice e filosofa russo-americana Ayn Rand, figura controversa, fondatrice tra le altre cose di una corrente di pensiero definita Objectivism. "Ho voluto creare una coreografia che interrogasse le nostre capacità di socializzazione e di proiezione nel futuro, vicino o lontano, il nostro egoismo quando si tratta di difendersi e nascondere le paure che ci pervadono." Come nei lavori precedenti, iFeel2 e Cry, iFeel3 è una coreografia costituita da un solo movimento ed un solo respiro, con l'idea di viverla realmente come una 'esperienza' personale, un'azione da completare, un esercizio su se stessi. Anche se Berrettini non sottoscrive del tutto l'idea di una resa incondizionata del potere statale a favore dell'individuo, come preteso da Ayn Rand, trova un certo conforto nella concezione che l'individuo debba agire innanzitutto a partire da se e per se stesso. iFeel3 è un invito a prendersi carico di sè, a comprendere la sfida posta dalla schiavitù moderna che ci accompagna e ci sovrasta, per innalzare noi stessi prima di sollevare altruisticamente gli altri. iFeel3 è anche la storia di una pop band, i Summer Music, che firmano questo loro secondo musical, eseguito dal vivo, accompagnando la coreografia con la loro storia: canzoni sullo stato del mondo che riecheggiano le parole di Noam Chomsky o Abby Martin. iFeel3 è il terzo dei quattro lavori di una quadrilogia che si concluderà il prossimo anno con il solo iFeel4.

iFeel3, the new creation from Marco Berrettini, is inspired by the book Atlas shrugged by the russian-american novelist and philosopher Ayn Rand, also the founder of Objectivism. "I wanted to create a choreographic piece which questions our ability to socialize, our ability to project ourselves into the future, near or far, our selfishness when it comes to protecting ourselves and hiding the fears that haunt us." As with previous pieces by Berrettini, like iFeel2 or Cry, iFeel3 is choreographed in one movement and one breath. The idea is to truly live the choreography as a personal 'experience', an action to complete, an experiment on oneself. Even if Berrettini doesn't share Ayn Rand's idea of entirely surrendering state power to that of the individual, he finds himself drawn to the concept that the individual must first act by and for himself. An invitation to get our own backs, to grasp the challenges of modern slavery, which are within us, above all. For us to rise up, before lifting up others. iFeel3 is also the story of a pop band, Summer Music, marking its second musical creation for stage. Their music is played live and tells, alongside the choreography, its own story; songs about the state of the world, citing activists such as Noam Chomsky or Abby Martin. iFeel3 is the third volume of the quadrilogy which will end next year with the solo iFeel4.
